All other outside licensed and insured vendors and caterers are welcome. A $500 staffing/cleaning fee will apply to events hiring outside catering. Fee is waived if our preferred caterer is hired
Our preferred coordinator provides thorough "Day Of" coordination services. Couples conduct most of their planning and our coordinator provides a detailed checklist to support their planning. She assists with piecing together the important details closer to the event date. At this time she provides a detailed timeline to the couple and vendors and oversees the flow of the days activities along with décor set up ensuring the day runs smoothly. She is also present to run the wedding rehearsal. Upgraded full planning and design services available.
Soft background music and microphone usage is permitted in the ceremony lawn and soft background music is permitted in the courtyard during cocktail hour. All other amplified dance music and microphone usage is permitted in our indoor parlour. All receptions must take place indoors.
Event insurance with host liability will be required 30 days before event
Events may be held on Friday-Saturday from 10AM-10PM. Closed weekdays and Sundays
A $250 security guard fee will apply to all events serving alcohol

HOW CAN I SECURE MY DATE?

WHAT IS THE ALCOHOL POLICY?
Alcohol must be served through a licensed and insured bartending service. Clients purchase the alcohol and provide it to the bartender to serve. There is a $250 security fee for all events serving alcohol. This fee is waived for events with no alcohol or events serving wine and champagne for toasts only.
IS EVENT INSURANCE REQUIRED?
Yes. Event insurance with host liability will be required 30 days before the event. Couples may source their own insurance or we can assist with recommendations for online insurances services that our past couples have used and loved. Cost of event insurance is typically about $60-$150 depending on the amount of coverage obtained.

WHAT ARE YOUR COVID RESTRICTIONS?

Our couples will have access to our curated pre-screened and COVID aware preferred caterer and bartender. All vendors will be required to adhere to state mandated health and safety practices.
- FACE COVERINGS AND DISTANCING -
We will kindly request that all guests have a face covering accessible and that it be used for interactions of close proximity with vendors and other necessary close interactions.
